Job Description

Your Role

  • Concevoir, configurer et maintenir des solutions OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI System
  • Intégrer les données industrielles issues des équipements, PLC, SCADA, DCS ou MES
  • Structurer les données dans PI Asset Framework
  • Créer et optimiser des dashboards via PI Vision ou outils équivalents
  • Garantir la qualité, la disponibilité et la cohérence des données industrielles
  • Collaborer avec les équipes automation, IT, production, qualité et maintenance
  • Assurer le support technique, le troubleshooting et la documentation des solutions PI
  • Participer aux projets de digitalisation industrielle et d’amélioration continue

Requirements

    • Diplôme d’ingénieur ou bachelier en automation, informatique industrielle, électromécanique ou équivalent
    • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel OT
    • Expérience avec OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI System
    • Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels : PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, OPC
    • Connaissances de PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision ou interfaces PI
    • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau en anglais
    • Esprit analytique, autonomie, rigueur et bonne communication

Assets

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • Ability to speak Dutch

  • Contract & Working Time
    Permanent contract (CDI) – 40 hours/week with 1 day of RTT (reduced working time) per month

Responsibilities


The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing automated systems according to customer and legal requirements, you'll :

  • Define functional, technical, and quality requirements
  • Ensure PLC programming, Troubleshooting, technical specifications review
  • Communicate with various project contacts (Management, Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.)

You'll also be responsible for the quality automation :

  • Provide advice and proposals to obtain the required level of quality for the applications
  • Follow-up of supplier FAT & SAT as well as supplier quality verification
  • Manage change in compliance with good practices


Must have


  • A Master's degree in Electromechanical, Automation, Industrial IT
  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial sector
  • French & English-speaking proficiency
  • Organization skills, proactivity , and warrior attitude are primordial
  • Team spirit, communication skills, and commitment will make the team succeed

Nice To have


  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • Ability to speak Dutch
