Environment

We promote practices that preserve resources and reduce our carbon footprint — both internally and in the projects we deliver. Our approach in practice:

Responsibilities

  • ​​The board and Operational Excellence set the direction and validate actions;
  • The ESG/ISO Officer coordinates, manages, and tracks results;
  • Every employee plays a role: informed, involved, and encouraged to contribute ideas.

Energy

We monitor building energy use, favor green electricity, encourage carpooling via RealDev Car, and seek to consume less through awareness, motion sensor lighting, etc.

Water

We track our annual consumption and make adjustments if deviations occur.

CO²

We conduct an annual carbon footprint assessment, target actions on our most impactful areas, welcome concrete ideas from our teams (e.g., GreenDev), reduce unnecessary travel, and digitize our activities.

Circular Economy

We prioritize local suppliers and integrate environmental evaluations of our partners into our audits.

Biodiversity

We pay close attention to preserving biodiversity by choosing partners who are actively committed to concrete initiatives in its favor. This commitment guides our decisions, both in the selection of our suppliers and in the choice of our office spaces. 

Social: Putting People First


We are deeply committed to having a positive impact on society by integrating strong values such as equity, inclusion, diversity, and respect for human rights into our daily operations.
Beyond our internal commitments, we actively take part in collective projects that address these important issues.
