Our company has been growing for 10 years by supporting the main industrial players (Life Sciences, Agro-food, Energy, ...).

In this growth drive, we are currently looking for an Project Management Officer. Maybe that's you?

Responsibilities


  • Verify the proper conduct of operations and, if necessary, act as a relay to the teams (SPOC for specific administrative tasks)
  • Manage client's site access
  • Manage documents and evidences (Serology, BA4/BA5, VCA, security passport, etc.)
  • Help and co-create reporting documents
  • Help and support our accountability department by following-up invoices, PO, COF, etc
  • Check that procedures and regulations are applied for each project monitored in the company (Minutes of meeting, etc.)
  • Improve documentary audits (SharePoint with joint collaboration with the RQ quality responsability)
  • Depending on your own interests and the needs of RealDev, you will be able to take additionnal tasks



Must have


  • A Master's degree in Office Management or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function
  • French & English-speaking proficiency
  • Organization skills, proactivity , and warrior attitude are primordial
  • Team spirit, communication skills, and commitment will make the team succeed

Nice To have


  • Knowledge of reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to speak Dutch

Bethany adept at anticipating potential issues, and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Her strengths lie in maintaining high standards and delivering results consistently.


Valérie Van Cutsem- Project Management Officer

Valérie, an adept professional with a profound understanding of GSK, is set to take on the role of Project Management Officer (PMO) for this project. With her extensive experience and a notable stint as PMO for the eDI project, a transversal program addressing equipment remediation for sterilization, Valérie brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

 Valérie's commitment to effective communication will play a  role in keeping stakeholders well-informed and engaged throughout the project's lifecycle.
