Job Description
Your Role
The talent sourcer is the candidate's first contact with RealDev. As part of this role, you will be required to :
- Use social networks and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Apec, etc.) to interact with potential candidates
- Search, identify and contact relevant profiles
- Present the company to candidates
- Keep the ATS up to date
- Organise recruitment interviews with the people responsible for each stage of the process
- Participate in and propose recruitment and team development projects
- Participate in the improvement of internal processes
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans le recrutement dans le secteur de l’ingénierie
- You are fluent in French and Dutch
- You have good organisational skills, a proactive attitude and motivation
- Your team spirit and high level of commitment will ensure the success of your department
Assets
- Experience in recruiting engineers or professions in short supply.
- The ability to express yourself in English
- A small dose of humour and/or a good-natured attitude will help you to fit in even more easily
