Job Description

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain multi‑year maintenance plans and budgets
  • Coordinate and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate all maintenance activities to ensure compliance and quality
  • Analyze recurring issues and optimize maintenance processes based on data and past interventions
  • Manage spare parts and technical inventory to support operational continuity
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures or coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime

Requirements

  • Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
  • Hands‑on mindset and willingness to spend time on the production floor
  • Strong people‑management skills and the ability to coordinate technical teams
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proficiency with maintenance‑related software
  • Communicative, flexible, and team‑oriented
  • Self‑driven, results‑focused, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
