Job Description
Your Role
- Develop and maintain multi‑year maintenance plans and budgets
- Coordinate and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring safe and efficient execution of work
- Monitor, document, and evaluate all maintenance activities to ensure compliance and quality
- Analyze recurring issues and optimize maintenance processes based on data and past interventions
- Manage spare parts and technical inventory to support operational continuity
- Troubleshoot equipment failures or coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and external partners
- Prepare and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime
Requirements
- Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
- Hands‑on mindset and willingness to spend time on the production floor
- Strong people‑management skills and the ability to coordinate technical teams
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency with maintenance‑related software
- Communicative, flexible, and team‑oriented
- Self‑driven, results‑focused, and comfortable working independently
- Strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Fluent in Dutch & English
