RealDev is an independent engineering office that is part of the development of Industry 4.0 in Belgium. Our teams are involved in high-added value projects, with expertise in Automation, Process control, and Digital Solutions.
Our company has been growing for 9 years by supporting the main industrial players (Life Sciences, Agro-food, Energy, ...).
In this growth drive, we are currently looking for a Talent Sourcer. Maybe that's you?
Responsibilities
- Interact with potential candidates via social medias and professional networks (Linkedin, Indeed, Apec, etc..) ;
- Search, recognize and contact qualified profiles using different sourcing approaches and techniques ;
- Give an accurate image of the company to candidates (via phone screenings or videocall presentations) ;
- Maintain our application tracking system database updated ;
- Correspond with past candidates regarding available job openings ;
- Set up candidate interviews with Hiring Managers ;
- Participate in diverse recruitment projects and be involved in the development of our team.
Must have
- Bachelor Degree or higher ;
- First experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar position (at least 6 months) ;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English ;
- Curious, persistant, creative and autonomous.
Nice To have
- An experience in writing online content ;
- An experience in recruiting technical profiles ;
- A good sense of humour and teamspirit 😉
