The Recruiter is here to help the company to find the best talent for joining our team. You will manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to final decision. You will also have to propose to our existing and future customers the best candidate for their project. 

You will join a talented and passionate team in the smart industry sector as a Recruiter.

 
 

Responsibilities

      • Attract the best talents who will be involved in the realization of our clients' project
      • Manage the recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to final decision 
      • Propose to our existing and future customers our solutions that matches with their needs
      • Be responsible for our project sourcing growth (sales tasks, portfolio management...)
      • Work on the company's employer image
      • Maintain and enrich a pool of candidates
      • Anticipate the company's future recruitment needs
      • Prepare reports and monitor recruitment activities 
      • Implement corrective actions to improve activities
      • Prepare and participate in various events such as job fairs, student fair, etc
      • Be an actor of the Quality Management System by being a force of proposal  
      •  

Must Have

      • Bachelor degree or higher in Resources Management or relevant field
      • 3-5 years of experience in a similar function
      • Fluent in Dutch and English, excellent written and spoken, French is a strong asset
      • Good command of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
      • Excellent communication, hands-on, know how to prioritise & meet deadlines, accountable, quality oriented

Nice to have

    • Knowledge of commercial canvassing
    • Strong organizational skills
    • The ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
