Responsibilities

      • Edit and place job advertisements
      • Manage all the recruitment process
      • Anticipate the recruitment needs
      • Prepare reporting and monitor recruitment activities
      • Improve the recruitment attractivities
      • Prepare and participate in different events such job fairs, students fairs

Must Have

      • Bachelor Degree or Higher
      • 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (Technical and high profiles)
      • Autonomous, rigourous and creative spirit
      • Highly quality focus and autonomous
      • Result oriented
      • Good communication and team player
      • French and english speaker

Nice to have

    • Experience in writing online content
    • Additional languages
    • Experience with engineering, life sciences profiles
    • You want to commit and grow and fast growing company

Idris is a senior talent acquisition officer. His job is to help the company grow, in terms of headcount and quality. He is in charge of the recruitment process, therefore you will soon meet him. He will help you to define your professional project and understand the vision of Realdev. If it's a match, he will take care of you along the recruitment process.

François - Talent Sourcer Specialist 

François is a young Talent Sourcer who recently joined the team. His job is to find and select the best profiles and then launch them into the recuitment process. You may rapidly meet him as he also manages the job ads and selection of applicants.
