Our company has been growing for 9 years by supporting the main industrial players (Life Sciences, Agro-food, Energy, ...) and has strong growth ambitions for the coming years.
In this growth drive, we are currently looking for an ambitious Business Developer. Maybe that's you?
Responsibilities
As a Business Developer, your role is to :
- Set up and execute a commercial strategy in line with the company's ambitions
- Build and develop a customer portfolio (through prospecting, networking, communicating ...) within the industrial field
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Listen and analyze customer’s needs to present high-quality solutions
- Coach, brief and introduce your solutions to our clients, partners, and prospects
- Keep a healthy relationship with customers, even after closing, to assure future opportunities
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in a relevant field (engineering, technical, ...)
- Experience in prospection and portfolio development from scratch
- A true entrepreneur not afraid to knock on doors
- French and English speaking proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, strong resiliency
Nice To have
- Experience with developing business in an industrial sector
- Experience working in a mid-size technical consultancy or services industry
- Ability to speak Dutch
- Sense of humor, open-mindedness

In the beginning, we would mostly collaborate with companies in the industrial sector of Life Science. However, nowadays we handle complex projects in multiple industrial sectors. 🔬🦺
